hi!

 

1. my account has been once again suspended even though i connect to it at least once a week.

my username is juriscon. i renewed it through the panel, thank you.

 

2.can you tell me it was suspended?
is the connection delay linked to the username or the name or the login page? because i usually connect through https://tommy.heliohost.org:2083 with my username and it's the second time suspension happens.

That URL should work just fine for logins. The important part is to make sure when you log in, that the page you end up on does not end in .html (we can't run scripts on those pages to count the login). The one you posted, and https://heliohost.org/login/ (which likes to fail if the load is spiking) are the only 2 officially supported ways to log in.

 

Our system doesn't say why it didn't count, so I can't really provide further information. All I can see is the last time you logged in. If you want, log in again in a few days and let me know you did, and I'll see if it counted for you.

hi!

looks like i usually login on https://tommy.heliohost.org:2083/cpsess0278755720/frontend/paper_lantern/index.html as the tab automatically opens on that page.

guess it's solved

Don't use that link as it won't count for inactivity. You need to use https://tommy.heliohost.org:2083/ without the stuff after it, that ending of index.html is why it's not counting.

 

The login form should not appear on a page ending in .html or it will not count.
