Postgres Triggers don't work

i need use triggers in my acount of postgresql. I cant create, i receive this error plpgsql does not exist.

 

please help.

Johnny has too old of postgresql to do this sort of thing. Ricky and Tommy both have newer postgresql installed. If you need plpgsql you'll need to move your account.
