tpl Posted March 5, 2018 Author Share Posted March 5, 2018 Hey again, A clarification: it's possible that the server was actually Tommy, but I'm not 100% certain. The actual message that I received was that it had been archived, which I can see from some other posters, might happen with Tommy because the load is close to capacity. Is there any chance that my account can be reactivated? I think I have a back-up of everything, if you can't recover the actual data on it. We have a limited amount of space on our servers, and occasionally we have to remove the unused accounts to make space for new users. To prevent your account from becoming archived again please remember to log in at https://www.heliohost.org/login/ at least once every 30 days. Unarchiving...
