Deployment of .war files

Hello,

 

My username is imamideb and I am trying to deploy a .war file named 'sample.war'

 

Can anyone help? This is just a sample file as I want to understand the system before starting on something good.

 

Also, I would like to know if this is the only way .war files can be deployed. I mean, without posting here, cant I deploy myself?

You're on Ricky, which is the only server that doesn't have Java, so you can't deploy a War.

 

You need to move to one of the other servers:

• Johnny offers Java, but the wait is several months for it to activate. Once active an admin has to deploy the war.
• Tommy requires a donation, but the wait for Java is only about a day. Once active you can deploy the War yourself through cPanel.
