helio607 Posted February 13, 2018 Posted February 13, 2018 My account was also archived. In the past, after 30 days, you'd get an e-mail with a link which you could click to reactivate your website. I was counting on that, so I only logged in after the 30 days had passed, every time.Apparently the policy has changed. I'll probably set an alarm in 30 days every time, then. 30 days is a bit of an awkward period, though, as you can't, for example, do it on the 14th of the month every month.I'll probably find a way, but this might happen again, if this policy stays. In any case: could you reactivate my account, please?
wolstech Posted February 13, 2018 Posted February 13, 2018 Yeah, you're supposed to log in before that happens. Unarchiving...
wolstech Posted February 13, 2018 Posted February 13, 2018 Done. You should now be able to log in and your website should start working within 12 hours.
helio607 Posted February 13, 2018 Author Posted February 13, 2018 (edited) I cannot log-in, though. It says 'Invalid Login'. If I reset my password and wait until it says 'Alright, your password was reset', and input my username and password, it just says 'Invalid Login' again. This has been the case for months, not just since my account was archived.Edit: Ah, right, it's because of the load, I remember now. It'd be nice if it would say that, then, instead of saying 'Invalid Login' when it wasn't invalid. Then how can I make my account not get archived? I can log into my website using cpanel, but I'm not sure if that counts. Edited February 13, 2018 by helio607
wolstech Posted February 13, 2018 Posted February 13, 2018 You can use https://johnny.heliohost.org:2083/ to log in directly if our site won't work. Our website likes to time out a lot when signing into Johnny accounts. Those timeouts show up as the invalid logins you see.
