gaming Posted February 12, 2018 Share Posted February 12, 2018 Hello I bought a domain name a while back and never set it up to my heliohost site now I wish to set it up but upon doing as it should have been I am greeted with a error I have set up my nameservers in the godaddy panel http://prntscr.com/idkp7y and my domain name is pointed on the heliohost site from when I transferred it, it has been 72 hours and now I get a redirect error http://prntscr.com/idkpox it seems like it set loirp.com up as a redirect my heliohost domain is abgcrp.heliohost.org and my username is abgcrp1 if we can fix this issue it would be great! wolstech Posted February 12, 2018 Share Posted February 12, 2018 You changed your main domain, which deleted the domain abgcrp.heliohost.org. You don't have that domain anymore, which is why it produces an error. Whatever software you have installed is misconfigured and forcing a redirect to the now non-existent abgcrp.heliohost.org domain. I renamed your index.php to index.phx so it's ignored, and your domain is now working and showing a directory listing. You need to reinstall or reconfigure your software.
