[Solved] Dommain not updated

Main domain: redweb.heliohost.org

 

Issue:

While adding an addon domain (paranormalcfg.ml) I received a 500 error because it apparently received an ALRM (14) signal.

When I went back to add the domain again, it said that the domain still exists in the Apache configuration.

Please could the domain be allocated to my account.

That happens on Johnny sometimes because he's so overloaded. Usually the easy fix is to just create the subdomain paranormalcfg.redweb.heliohost.org If it works your addon domain should immediately show up on the addon domain page in cpanel. Once you can see it on that page it will then take up to 12 hours to start working. Let us know if this doesn't fix it and we can take a closer look.
