Domain Problem!!!

Hello admin!!! There was Internal server error while i tried to access the Cpanel in Tommy server and since then i am getting the following error while accessing my website:

 

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

 

 

 

After the Tommy's server down,I am getting this error!! please help me

Now i am getting this problem:
