[Solved] Addon domain problem

Hi,

 

 

My domain name "aqua-alimenta.mg" is not in the list of Addon Domains of CPanel/Addon Domains. However, I already added it yesterday and it worked fine (the default page of a queued account is shown when accessing www.aqua-alimenta.mg via a web browser)

 

When I attempt to add it again, I get the message "(XID jktyyz) The domain “aqua-alimenta.mg” already exists in the Apache configuration."

 

Can someone (an Administrator) help me by adding it manually in my account?

This is a known issue on Johnny.

 

Please go into the subdomain section of cPanel and create aqua-alimenta.aquaali.heliohost.org as a subdomain. After that, confirm your addon domain appears in the addon domain list, and wait the 12 hours. If it still doesn't appear after adding the subdomain, please let me know and I'll look into it further.

After creating the subdomain 'aqua-alimenta.aquaali.heliohost.org", my addon domain appears now in the list of addon domains of CPanel/Addon Domains.
