Can't submit my desire username that not exist in database

I can't submit my username to 'mrshm' when i signing up and appear "Not available" message.

Beside, when i checking the status of that username it say "There is no account in our database that matches that username"

 

 

What can i do?

It's because it's already used by your forum account. The hosting account checker won't look at a forum account but the registration script will.

 

If you want I can rename the forum account so it can be reused.
