[Solved] Unarchive account and reset password

Hello guys.

I've an account with helio host. My username is ybd.usa but I forgot my password, because that I created this account. I need 2 process:

First could you please unarchive my account?

Second can you send me a processe to reset my password?

@luigi123, he created a new account, ybdit, yesterday. His original account, ybdusa, was archived.

 

@ydiwonko, you're only allowed to have one account so after I unarchive this ybdusa be sure to delete one or the other.

Oh, but he gave us his username ybd.user and it wasn’t show up in the system, so I search his forum name, and it’s show up, but it’s not archived.

 

@ydiwonko, next time please give us your username that you got suspended or archived. It’s making me confused.
