Here a request to deploy a helloworld.war test file that I created in in my home/username folder, as stated in http://wiki.helionet.org/Java_Servlet

Is it also possible to deploy the file automatically? in case I upload a new file

Yes to both. On Tommy you can deploy your .war files through cpanel, and then deploy new versions. This feature is not available on Johnny, but you can still upload your .war file to /home/mbbm/filename.war and request an admin to deploy it.
