[HH#50103] How to get path to upload files directly to server

Dear Sir,

I my java Project I have upload images from client to server how can I know

what path is to upload outside my project file.

Username raouday1

I am on Tommy Server.

And

also how can I access it dirctly from Browser.

To access directly from the browser, type urtech.tk/folder-name, or if you don't want to upload your files in the folder, and you only want to upload inside the public_html folder, you go to urtech.tk
