craigwil Posted December 26, 2017 Posted December 26, 2017 I have requested keys from ZeroSSL as described in Heliohost SSL wiki. However, upon install of files within Cpanel it fails with an error. "Unable to install". Could you advise what the problem may be? Thanks!
Krydos Posted December 27, 2017 Posted December 27, 2017 It looks like it's working to me https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=craigwil.heliohost.org Perhaps you didn't realize that it can take up to 12 hours for a newly installed certificate to start working on Johnny? Also, since you're interested in https we highly recommend Tommy or even Ricky as those servers have AutoSSL which creates, installs, and keeps your ssl certificates up to date for you.
craigwil Posted December 27, 2017 Author Posted December 27, 2017 Yes, I discovered an SSL checker and proved it installed correctly. However, on the Cpanel SSL install page presented an error message and no "success confirmation". As long as it installed is all that matters.Thank you for your time. This post can now be closed.
craigwil Posted December 27, 2017 Author Posted December 27, 2017 I've tried creating a new account for Tommy or Ricky by selecting features but it sets me up on Johnny. How do I get a Tommy or Ricky server? There is no option to select a server only features or preferences. Thanks!
miwilc Posted December 27, 2017 Posted December 27, 2017 @craigwil you need to either give a small donation (anything above $1) and request a transfer to your preferred server. Or backup and delete your current account and then sign up for your preferred server when registration is open (midnight UTC I believe.)
