[Solved] Remote access to postgresql

I'm trying to access my postgresql database at johnny.heliohost.org

 

Username is ukalumni_gpgauser and database name is ukalumni_gpga, but I'm getting the "FATAL: No pg_hba.conf entry for host xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, user ukalumni_gpgauser, database ukalumni_gpga, SSL off.

 

The only thing I've seen in the message archives is that you guys have to provide access for me. If there is a way to do this myself, I've missed it.
