[Solved] Prestashop Root Url (Ie.index.php) Not Being Correctly Processed

I had a fresh install of Prestashop and yet when I visit my page it doesn't work, rather my browser just downloads a file call `download`. The file contains the contents of index.php. This same issue occurs when I try to visit the Prestashop admin page.

 

My domain is huabao.heliohost.org on Johnny

 

Anyone have any idea or leads I can look at? Are there logs I can look at? I read in another thread that sometimes Johnny fails to process .php pages, could this be a possible reason?
