You need to request Java in cPanel and wait for it to become active first. Please note that the wait is extremely long (months) on Johnny. If you move to Tommy, you can get Java in just a few hours. Tommy also offers a feature that allows you to deploy a war file yourself, whereas Johnny requires a root administrator to do it for you.
