If this is indeed the case, we wish to report that this site is in violation of Acurable Ltd's rights as the owner of the AcuPebble trademark (UK00003200631), and request that you do not publish the website, as it contains illegal use of our trademark name as well as copyrighted images and video. The individual registered as the website owner is no longer connected to Acurable Ltd and is withholding access to the website. We recently filed a report with the previous host of the site, SingleHop, who yesterday confirmed in the message copied below that they had taken down the website.
