[Solved] Request For Deployment Of .war File

War file name : MyFirstWebapp.war

This support request is being escalated to our root admin.

You can't deploy a war because that account doesn't have Java on it. You need to request it in cPanel first, then wait for it to become active.

 

Be aware that the wait for Java on Johnny is extremely long (months last time I checked). If you don't wish to wait, you'll need to move to Tommy where the wait is usually just a few hours.
