PhantomActual Posted November 26, 2017 Posted November 26, 2017 The IP address 81.1**.***.245 has been blocked for trying to log in to SFTP with the wrong password too many times. To prevent this from happening again in the future please make sure your username and password are saved correctly in your SFTP client. Also. I wasn't able to login using SFTP/FTP at all. This didn't work for me at all. any further suggestions? Krydos Posted November 26, 2017 Posted November 26, 2017 This didn't work for me at all. any further suggestions? If you can't get SFTP to work you can also try regular FTP. Please be aware that this connection has zero encryption, and anyone who knows how will be able to see your data transferring in plain text including your password. So we highly recommend using SFTP. Host: johnny.heliohost.org Port: 21 Protocol: FTP Encryption: Use plain FTP Logon type: Normal User: phantom9 Password: <same as cpanel>
