Hi Team,

I have available file/files on the given path. Still i am getting requested URLnot found. For instance i have added a file index.html in public_html and it is also available in www folder. Still I am getting error 'The requested URL /index.html was not found on this server.'

I have another resource as index.jsp in Test directory of public_html. But during access of /Test/index.jsp i am getting same error "The requested URL /Test/index.jsp was not found on this server."

Do you have any htaccess file? Sometime htaccess file rewrites URL. If you have one, then show the code here.

http://avishek.heliohost.org/index.html works for me. Try clearing your browser cache.

That's because java is not enabled on your account. To request java on your account please go to https://johnny.heliohost.org:2083/frontend/paper_lantern/java/index.live.php and click Request Java. Please be aware that since you picked the Johnny server the wait to receive java is quite long. The wait to receive java on the Tommy server is generally just a few hours.
