I'm trying load json data every 5 min to my DB.

HelioHost only allows 2 Cron runs every 24 hours per account see this for more information. If you run a Cron job every 5 minutes your account will end up being suspended. There are third party services available which allow for higher run limits such as https://www.easycron.com/ or https://cron-job.org/.

@qsgt, we differentiate between internal cron (which can be created in cpanel), and external cron (which we set up for people). Internal cron is limited to 2 per day just like you said. External cron is basically just like those services you linked, but it's free and you just need to post the url and the frequency you need it to run, and an admin will set it up for you.

What happens when you make that file not writable by group? PHP files need to be 644.

I changed the file permission to 644. And that solved. Thanks!
