[Solved] Ip Blocked From Failing Ftp

hello so i was trying to log into the ftp but i didnt know the config / username and i got blocked and if you could can you tell me the right ftp setts

Protocol: SFTP

Logon type: Normal

Username: <same as cpanel>

Password: <same as cpanel>
