Problem Creating Addon Domain

HelioHost main domain: onlines1.heliohost.org

 

Recently I tried to create AddOn domain, however the process took so long, seems to be a never ended process.

Update:

Just retried creating the AddOn, this time I got message that the domain onlinesentris.com already exist in Apache configuration.

 

However I could not find it in the AddOn list (in Addon Manager)

Try creating the subdomain onlinesentris.onlines1.heliohost.org on the directory /home/onlines1/public_html/onlinesentris.com/

Now when I checked the site, I still got the "account queued" message. Hope this will get configured quickly.

Once it shows up on the addon domain list it can take up to 24 hours to start working.
