Cannot Login To Ftp

I cannot login to ftp using filezilla.

 

Website: donate.heliohost.org

server: johnny

FTP Username: noodel
FTP server: ftp.donate.heliohost.org
FTP & explicit FTPS port: 21

 

Command: USER noodel

Response: 331 User noodel OK. Password required

Command: PASS *********

Response: 530 Login authentication failed

Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server

Port: 1373

Protocol: SFTP

Logon type: Normal

Username: noodel

Password: <same as cpanel>

it still gives me the same error. I am unable to access the files through the ftp.

It is sftp not FTP.

If you can't get the secure settings to work try this instead

 

Host: johnny.heliohost.org

Port: 21

Protocol: FTP

Logon type: Normal

Username: noodel

Password: <same as cpanel>

I now get the error:

 

Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity

Error: Could not connect to server

Use file manager or webdav then if you can't get the SFTP settings typed in correctly I guess.
