phalanx Posted October 10, 2017 Posted October 10, 2017 Hi, I am the web account for http://phalanxpvp.heliohost.org but it says the account is either inactive or does not exist. It is both active and exists. I used the same cpanel password. Please can my account be deleted ASAP.

Krydos Posted October 10, 2017 Posted October 10, 2017 All of our servers processes are load balanced. When the load is high things like account creation and deletion slow down. When load is low they create and delete more or less instantly. Since you picked the Johnny server things tend to take longer since this servers load is frequently high. Load of 10 or less is pretty good. Load is hard to predict because it's mostly based on how many people are viewing websites on that server at any given time, and because of this it's difficult to determine how long it will take. You can check the load on Johnny with this image: I just checked and your hosting account has been deleted now.
