tuxedoz Posted October 6, 2017 Share Posted October 6, 2017 Hello, I recently add 2 addon domains on Johnny, but both of them failed, now i cant add them again, it gives me this error (XID 5eq7bn) A DNS entry for “satriana.ga” already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed. Please help me to delete them, the domains are "satriana.ga" and "duamang.ga" Thanks. Krydos Posted October 6, 2017 Share Posted October 6, 2017 This happens sometimes on Johnny. The high load on this server tends to break long delicate processes like creating addon domains. If you want a server with less load and less bugs we highly recommend moving your account to one of our production servers such as Ricky or Tommy. I have fixed the addon domains.
