I 'translated' SFTP to FTPS because your instruction in cpanel says ftps.Also I used port number inserted in xml file downloaded from cpanel today (from tommy server).

Now I used proper port 1342 and tommy.heliohost.org hostname, and ftp works well. Thank you and take a look into help information in cpanel
