Need Pg_Hba.conf Editing For Posgresql Remote Access

Could someone help me by allowing remote access to postgres for me please? The error is no entry in the pg_hba.conf file

 

username: heliohob_user

database: heliohob_eamenaCPF

Access to all IPs needed
