AverageJoe Posted January 5, 2008 Posted January 5, 2008 I have two computers in which I can connect to the internet, ones a whole lot faster as it is a somewhat newer computer, and the other is from back in the 90's.
amir Posted January 5, 2008 Posted January 5, 2008 I just use my pc! Does xbox 260 count cause I play online and download demo's!
Firvagor Posted January 17, 2008 Posted January 17, 2008 Um...somebody set up us the bomb? Assuming it's use with (not sure because English was apparently not a first language)...e-mail/IM/other forms of communication, browse, download, plenty of gaming through either PC, Wii, or 360.
Van Posted January 25, 2008 Posted January 25, 2008 I just use my pc! Does xbox 260 count cause I play online and download demo's! That would be the '360' and yes it counts. Um...somebody set up us the bomb? Assuming it's use with (not sure because English was apparently not a first language)...e-mail/IM/other forms of communication, browse, download, plenty of gaming through either PC, Wii, or 360. I do believe he meant 'with' because he said 'on'. Anyways, most of my internet is used playing on Xbox Live. I have Comcast, and Xbox Live plays seamlessly which keeps me coming back everyday to play. I have never actually used an internet phone system such as Skype or Vonage, but they do seem pretty practical as well as cheap. But I think broadband internet was made for online gaming - ArceRC - Van
Godhand Posted February 5, 2008 Posted February 5, 2008 I mostly use my computer because I have a lot of add ins for it that most people don't quite think of adding. Like for example I can stop my music from my web browser. I don't think anyone using a cell phone could say that.

I don't think that the cell phone was made for that purpose anyways. I think he meant a phone service such as Vonage, that uses your internet to make calls. He may have meant cell phones if the intended computer was bluetooth or wifi compatible. - ArceRC - Van
Kyougi Posted February 16, 2008 Posted February 16, 2008 I can control my entire media center from my phone. Why I would want to is beyond me.
kyle Posted February 17, 2008 Posted February 17, 2008 I use it for playing online games, web design, enhancing my knowledge, and chatting with my friends... I use comcast to get my internet, i use wifi connection when i'm in the city on my laptop. I don't use the internet on the phone, i text message, i make calls, thats it.
