Does that mean I'm allowed to use multiple domains to point to my website?

Or does that mean I can have multiple websites?

I have a .heliohost.org website and now I also want to have .tk website in one account (because that's the rules). I already registered at dot.tk and entered ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org nameservers. I assume 'Site publisher' in the cPanel is the way to go. Already 32 hours passed and when I type my .tk domain there it says

Cannot set property 'selected' of undefined.

The system could not find any domains that match your criteria.

There are 2 steps to hosting a domain. 1) Set the nameservers which it sounds like you've done, and 2) Add the domain to cpanel, which it sounds like you haven't done.

If you want the .tk domain to show the same as your .heliohost.org domain then use the alias button in cpanel, and if you want the .tk domain to be something separate from your main domain use the addon button.

Depending on whether you use alias or addon it means both or either.
