My account is taking too long to be created. How much does it take?

Account creation is load balanced so when the load is high accounts are created slower to prevent the load from going even higher. The higher the load the slower the response time and high enough load can even cause downtime for the existing websites. It's not worth creating an account in 30 seconds if it means that all of the other thousands of websites hosted on the same server are going to go down because of it. You can check the load of the Johnny server that you picked with this image . Once that value is back below 10 or so accounts should be created more or less instantly.

 

Your account is now created and active. You should now be able to log in at https://www.heliohost.org/login/ and your domain should start working within 24 hours.
