[Solved] Blocked Ip

For some reason my IP got blocked. It says that I've tried to log in too many times to cPanel, which is not true. Although I have been trying for a while to enter either cPanel or my website, as both timeout/not load. Is tommy down? Anyways, please unblock my IP.

 

EDIT: I tried accessing through a VPN to my website and I could access cPanel and my website. Did my IP get blocked from my website as well?
