HelioHost Posted July 28, 2017 Posted July 28, 2017 Hi Guys Firstly I just wanted to tell you that I don't know how you guys are providing this free hosting but I am blown away by this and I am very grateful that you are providing this service. It's amazing and I thank you. I've just signed up and chose your default domain setup which for my account is http://hartman.heliohost.org and I'm on your Johnny server. My issue however is that I want to add my actual domain name, hartman.me as well as a subdomain, justin.hartman.me but I am unable to. The message says I need to change my nameserver records to point to yours however I need to retain my current NS records as the domain needs this to provide me with my email and other services. I thought that by adding an A record for justin.hartman.me which I pointed to your IP address at 64.62.211.131 would solve my issue but it hasn't. Is there a way to configure it on your side so that I don't have to change my NS records and rather just us the A record configured at my current host? Looking forward to hearing back from you guys. Thank you. Justin Hartman0722290848https://www.linkedin.com/in/justinhartman Hi guys I was being stupid. I realised I can add your NS records along with my current ones which I have now done. This has fixed my issue so you can close this ticket. Thanks again!
