[Solved] Problem With Domain

I have a problem,

 

In my Johnny account, add the domain jtovar.ml, but it does not appear in the list and does not work. Now I have another account on the server Tommy and when I try to add the domain jtovar.ml me appears that is already registered in Heliohost and I can not do anything

 

I want to install jtovar.ml in the account "Jonitis1"

This happens sometimes. It's due to Johnny timing out during the add process and leaving a half-added domain.

 

Escalating so the domain can be removed from the system.
