Can't Acess My Subdomains

error is "Delegation not found at parent" when i try to check the error with dns check tool

There could be a few issues here...we can't troubleshoot it because of CloudFlare though. Please remove CloudFlare and change your nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org so we can verify the DNS is correct.

 

Much of the time, just changing the name servers fixes this issue on its own.
