24h left since registration www.juniorgames.org

can't access my primary domain via browser (redirect to www.juniorgames.com.au)

already clear cache and dns1,2 is blank

cpanel ftp works properly

sftp via Far3 (windows 7) works proprly port 1373

whats the deal?

Neither of those domains are hosted with us. You need to change your domain's nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org if you wish to host with us. You should do this at your domain registrar's website.
