rutaj6 Posted July 19, 2017 Share Posted July 19, 2017 Hi, I have a main domain like example.tk hosted on my pc but I want to use heliohost for email hosting..I have a subdomain like mail.example.com hosted on my account as main domain with only A record and mx record poiting to it.. All mails coming to example.com are routed through mail.example.com to my heliohost account on tommy but cpanel does not allow email id creation! The details:Domain hosted on heliohost: backend.developershub.tkdomain hosted elsewhere: developershub.tk dns records:_mx record from developershub.tk pointing at backend.developershub.tka record for backend.developershub.tk pointed at heliohost Email id possible to create: user@backend.developershub.tkEmail id required: user@developershub.tk All help would be appreciated!
