Can't Access My Website (Mysqli Is Disabled?)

My website displays errors like this, since the johnny server is back online, is mysqli function turned off?

 

"Fatal error: Call to undefined function mysqli_connect() in /home/sosmed96/public_html/includes/libs/db.inc.php on line 95"

As the news says we recommend switching to mysql instead of mysqli temporarily or switching to Tommy where mysqli is working.
