Johnny Server Not Using The Right Certificate For My Domain

Hello,

My website doesn't use my certificate even if it was installed on cpanel.

That is while accessing the https version of my site, I get the following errors:

The certificate is not trusted because it is self-signed.
 The certificate is only valid for the following names:
 heliohost.org, mail.heliohost.org, www.heliohost.org

I generated the Let's Encrypt Certificate via https://www.zerossl.com, installed it and got the below message:

 

 

I have searched on the forum but can't find any related thread, please help

Johnny can take up to 24 hours to start using the ssl certificate on your site. How long has it been since you installed it?
