Can't Delete My Ricky Account To Move To Tommy

My domain 'luisbilhoto.cf' is linked to my Ricky account and i can't delete that account, so when i try to create a Tommy account i can't use my domain. Is possible to delete my Ricky account because the delete script (http://www.heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/delete) doesn't work for me.
