How To Backup From Ricky?

Hi!

I have an account on Ricky with many database tables what is dont want to lose. But Ricky is down, cant use cPanel. Where can i make some backup?

Right now, you can't since it's down and we haven't backed it up yet.

 

If it goes to plan though, there will likely be a backup offering similar to was done with Stevie or old Johnny (either a "we mail a link to a zip file" or we offer FTP access).

Okay thanks? And how do you see, when finishd the "repair" progress of Ricky?

There should be an announcement in the News forum when/if backups become available.

 

There won't really be a "repair", it'll be a "download the backup we provide, and move to another server" sort of thing.
