BrunoSupremo Posted June 21, 2017 Posted June 21, 2017 Hi all. Thank you for the wonderful service! This last two months I got inactive, busy with other things. And as such, my site got inactive yesterday. No worries, it is already back online. But I got scared as the error message when accessing it was saying it was off because the site exceeded the cpu usage! Something that I tried very hard to avoid because I got this problem in the past with another company and they simple deleted everything... So, this message is just to inform you guys about this, I'm not sure if it is intended or not, or if you know about this. but here it is anyway. Thanks! (I would attach a screenshot, but as the site is already back online I lost the opportunity, I guess you know what it looks like anyway)
Krydos Posted June 22, 2017 Posted June 22, 2017 This is what the inactive page looks like: http://sdlkjfh2.heliohost.org/cgi-sys/inactivepage.cgi Was it not this message? Actually, now that I look at it closer it looks like some inactive sites on Johnny were getting the suspended message instead of the inactive message. Thanks for pointing it out.
BrunoSupremo Posted June 23, 2017 Author Posted June 23, 2017 No problem, in control panel it was ok, saying it was just inactive and I easily activated it again, but the page shown when trying to access the site address was talking about exceeded cpu usage, not inactive account. It is not a dangerous bug, but worth knowing about I guess.
