[Solved] Suspended: Bosstimr

The Account Status page says I was suspended for inactivity, which I believe is probably correct, I haven't logged in in maybe a month and a half. However, I wish to come back to using my site, and the automatic renewal script is not working for me because it says it doesn't recognize my email address. Is there a way to get my site re-enabled?
