Servlet Doesn't Work In Public_Html Directory

I put some java servlet class files in folder /home/vaninf/public_html/WEB-INF/classes/

and put web.xml in folder /home/vaninf/public_html/WEB-INF/, and Tomcat server has

been restarted

In web browser I entered http://vaninf.heliohost.org/index_.jsp trying to invoke one servlet,

but I got "Web page was not found." message.

Krydos, could you please find out why? Thanks.
