[Solved] Inactive Account Message

Hello there.

 

I'm getting the suspended because of inactivity/not logging on on cpanel message on my site http://sagisawa.heliohost.org but when trying to renew it the following message appears instead: " Active Account

Your account can't be renewed because it's already active. To update your last login date you just need to log in to your cPanel. Failure to log in at least once every 30 days results in your account being flagged as inactive." and yet after logging in on cpanel the same suspended because of inactivity message appears.
