[Hh#75848] New Site

Hello,

 

I started a free site this weekend to test out some new ideas with some web pages that use Google Maps while I learn things. My domain is tallpaul.heliohost.org. So I type that in a browser and get the 404 error.

 

I have a index.html file in my root directory of /home/tallpaul/ as well as a simble .html file to test out. I’ve tried adding on /index.html & /home/tallpaul.index.html and others and nothing seems to pull up the web page. What do I need to do to get it started up?

 

Thanks for any help in getting me pointed in the right direction on this site.

put your [ index.html ] file in the folder [ public_html ]

 

then try --> [ http://tallpaul.heliohost.org/ ]

Great start!! So Google Maps need to alter the default MIME Types. Guessing that in this scenario I need to use a web.config file

to do that. Should this go in the home/tallpaul folder or the public_html folder or someplace else?
