This account seems to have gotten confused. It was active in the system, yet showing a suspended page. I suspect you were one of the ones that caused high load earlier from looking at the server monitor, but because it never got marked suspended, it didn't give a reason for your suspension.

 

Unsuspended. (Sorry for the delay, I had to restart Apache to get it working again)
