[Solved] Request For Remote Access For Postresql Database

I would like to remotely access my PostreSQL database from all IP adresses. My database is located on Tommy server.

 

database name: sis13_vava2017

user: sis13_admin

 

In case the given information isn't enough, I am happy to provide other information as well.
