Hi guys,
I recently created an account here with the details below:
Username: derryace
Server: Johnny
Main Domain: derryace.heliohost.org

I have an addon domain "tambaza-admin.com" on this account but I cannot access it, because I get redirected here http://suspendeddomain.org/j/.

I have pointed my Nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org and according to what'smydns.net the domain is fully propagated.

Help Please!

at URL [ https://www.whatsmydns.net/#NS/tambaza-admin.com ]

I see some of the DNS servers show name-server (NS) as [ ns1.barnacle.arvixe.com ] and [ ns2.barnacle.arvixe.com ]

AND some of the DNS servers show name-server (NS) as [ ns1.heliohost.org ] and [ ns2.heliohost.org ]

Yeah, that report is showing that for me too...looks like it's either not yet fully propagated, or it failed somehow.

Give it 24 hours...after that if it still doesn't show a straight list of our nameservers, your registrar is the one you need to speak to.

Yeah just checked with them and they said their system has been sluggish, I'll check back tomorrow.

Thanks for pointing that out.

Hi guys,

I can conclude that I have found the cause to my problem, my site is still pointing to my old my old registrar's nameservers and they suggested I just create a new A record and give it roughly a day. So I guess this one is solved.

my site is still pointing to my old my old registrar's nameservers...

it is the the other way around - nameservers point to your site's address

cPanel will not set your domain as a "addon" until your registrar DNS "NS" records show Heliohost's nameservers - using only the "A" record (i.e. IP address) will not do it

Yep. We don't support manually creating A or CNAME records on external nameservers except for the main domain (and even then, a bunch of stuff like email, subdomain creation in cPanel, etc. won't work right unless you manually create and update all the other records too).
